Early 70s Biba dress in iconic Art Deco inspired brown and gold metallic chevron stripe. I think this one is from 72 or 73, original ad shows the same design but in plain fabric. Fitted bodice with gathered bust and seamed underbust. Looped halter strap tie neck. Vertical stripe design to the waist. A-lined bias cut chevron skirt. Back nylon zip to fasten.

CONDITION
Very good condition. One tiny darn on the hip by the side seam and one on the back of the neckline. I think the straps where originally a thin longer strap, but have been doubled over and stitched in, could easily be unpicked, but works beautifully as is.
